The 4 islands/waters in Blake & Tina’s faces are inspired by the 4 rivers mentioned in the book of Genesis flowing out of Eden. Maps dating back to the 15th century show 4 rivers coming out of a piece of land in the centre of the map. Slowly this bit of land had been pushed up and off resulting in maps we have today.
